As many of you know, between the vent incident the other night and threads that have been going on on these forums, Theloniusius has been having a meltdown. I've tried to keep this out of the public eye, but tonight was just the end of the line.

Theloniusius is now gone from <Legion>. I've withheld a lot of information on what was happening, trying to keep everything light and to not heap gasoline on the fires he was setting on the bridge, but tonight he lit a dynamite fuse and tossed it, the bridge is burned, and he is no longer welcome here.

Basically, Theloniusius and I were having some fun in vent, when he decided to take it too far. In the end he was pissed at me and I wasn't necessarily his biggest fan. He came to the forums and vented, and what he posted was not anything I would let ANYONE say to any of the members here. When he realized that I wasn't going to let him say it, he turned to using the shoutbox. When he realized THAT didn't work, he resorted to using his sig. When THAT didn't work, he decided to post the same, vitriolic, ugly post over and over and over. That got him banned. Tonight, spitting in the face of the multiple offers I've made for him and I to get together in vent or in any other venue and talk this out, he turned to PMs. So, be sure to thank Theloniusius for PMs no longer being a feature of these forums.

To sum up, no matter what else you may hear, I had a stalker. While this was in some ways flattering I suppose, I have a heart condition and really don't need the stress in my life that comes from finding a new multi-page character assassination directed at me every time I turned around.

Thus, tho I certainly admit that my hands are not completely clean in this (he and I WERE working together in vent before things blew up), the end product has been far from acceptable. My offer to work this out in a civilized manner with Theloniusius is hereby withdrawn, and he and his toons have been removed from the guild.

I am very sorry it came to this, and Hetch is as well. I feel I tried everything possible to resolve this with him (not with intermediaries or by addressing his ad hominem attacks openly in a public forum, but with HIM) and he is simply not interested. It really is too bad, I liked Theloniusius. I would have never seen this coming.

Anyway, hopefully the guild transitions smoothly through this and hopefully he finds a good home. I bear him no ill will, but this had to STOP. And now, it has.

Just wanted to post something on this first day of June. It's been awhile, so here's a li'l update.

<Legion> is still farting around with 25s, and running Heroic 10s in ICC. Seems like a lot of PvP is happening. People are getting out of school and starting to venture, blinking and pale, out into the sunlight. Anyone else feel like they're in coast mode to Catyclysm? Don't even have an official release date yet, but we all know it's gotta hit sometime Novemberish. Right?

Right.

Anyway, <Legion> is alive and kicking, still inviting people who feel they might be a fit for us to visit us in the forums and drop an app. We're picky, but if you're a bit twisted and it shines through we'll probably toss you a bone. Just kinda havin' fun more than anything else at the moment.
